Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Email hello@juststayco.com with your order number to request a return label. We'll guide you through the process.

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free within the return window — just include a note with your request.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
